Unless specified, all products in new condition are eligible for a free return within 15 days of delivery. "New condition" to us is defined as unwashed and unworn. After 15 days since delivery, new condition products are eligible for returns for another 15 days but customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Pre-orders are not to be confused with made-to-order or drop-shipping. XII VIRTUE simply offers pre-order as an opportunity for enthusiastic customers to have early access to upcoming products. In certain scenarios, pre-order products will have limited time pricing to reward good faith and excitement.

If the pre-order does not have a specific debut date, it is because we are meticulous about perfecting our product so production time can vary based on our quality checkpoints.

Pre-orders are available to be canceled for a full refund within 30 days of the date that the order was placed. After the order has been fulfilled and delivered, pre-ordered products will be subjected to our regular return policy. If a pre-order is canceled at any time by XII VIRTUE, you will receive a full refund.

The factories that we work with have all been certified to provide clean, safe working conditions while also maintaining a consistent effort to reduce damage to the environment. In addition, our cotton is sourced cruelty-free from the Yellow River Basin aka best cotton in Asia.

The reason we specify that our products are "Ethically Made in China" is not to boast about any level of superiority, but to simply separate from the negative connotations around products produced in China. While there are certainly a few tremendously bad apples out there, there is also a dedicated effort by much of the manufacturing industry to get away from the unethical working conditions and poor construction quality that have resulted in the current stereotypes. As a result, we have decided to represent our products to distinctly counter those stereotypes and celebrate the efforts of those working to better the industry.
